The Way Forward

Following the recent St Brides' conference, Hugh Nowell of the International Communications Forum made this observation:

The news following the 9/11 memorials in the US suggested that the majority consider we are losing the war against terror. What to do? What must we change? It is easier to change our own attitudes than those of others! In what way?

1. To be true to our own faith. Many Muslims feel Christians do not take their faith seriously.
2. Tarek Ramadan has suggested that nationwide local initiatives to build understanding is the way forward.
